Domaine des Tourelles is Lebanon's second oldest winery and one of its best-kept wine secrets. Founded by a French engineer, Eugéne François Brun in 1868. It was run by his grandson Pierre Brun until his death in 2000. The strategic vision of "Domaine des Tourelles" is to grant the pleasure of an authentic experience to the local and international clients. This objective is realized by combining the concept of a modern company with the traditional procedures of a domain that claims the most prestigious arak and the oldest wine distillery in Lebanon. The winery is now owned by the Khoury and Issa families and still produces wine, liqueurs and the famous Brun arak, arguably one of Lebanon's finest.
